What am I working on during the pandemic and into 2021
Hey all you cool cats
On Halloween, 2019 Black Cat Adventure Squad released our album "Spirit Board". It was a combined effort that took over 3 years to complete. I really enjoyed my time working on this rock n' roll project and anticipated that I would work on another rock album with the band.
Then the pandemic shut things down for a few months. In that time I did some reflection on what I wanted next with music. I started spending more time practicing keyboard, doing vocal exercises, and writing songs with my hubby-bear (who plays guitar).
I want something new when we reemerge from this. Right now I want to experiment. I am enjoying this step-back from band practice. I'm learning more about myself as a vocalist.
The pandemic has put a hold on all group projects and shows. As a singer, I choose to protect my lungs. I won't be performing live until this is over, but I may do some virtual shows so stay posted.

Side Project: Piper Posie
My character "Piper Posie" enjoys impersonating singers that inspire us. I debuted Piper as Dolly Parton performing, "I will always Love you" accompanied by Jeremy on acoustic guitar. Stay tuned for what comes next for Piper Posie. While she won't be doing any shows live during the pandemic I think there will be some music videos in the making.
We will announce our next performance here. You can expect to see us at various Tease Tuesday's at the Red Light Cafe in Atlanta. It's a really fantastic show and a fun night out. Find the event on facebook or just show up. The even is always the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
